Does anyone know how big of a solar panel I would need to power a 12 volt 5 amp mini fridge ?

Fairly large, probably around 0.3 m^2 which is getting on for 60cm x 60cm, or if you prefer 2 feet x 2 feet (4 square feet).

In direct sunlight, a panel of this size could probably maintain a steady output of 60W, though what the voltage would be I do not know. The problem is that the sun doesn’t always shine, so you might need a much bigger panel and a battery.

Can anyone recommend a really good router table for making raised panels?

I’m making rail & stile raised panel doors, and have been using a home-made router table. The router table’s parts don’t fit together with the precision that I think is required for doing this kind of work (although I am admittedly quite inexperienced…some of the problems might not be due to the router table ), and I’m wondering if I could & should buy a really good router table (for a reasonable price, of course), or if it makes more sense to try to modify or re-make my home-made router table.

i know that tractor supply company carries solar panels but they are not high producing. each set cost around 300 bucks not including the batteries. I’m going to use complete Solar Energy for my house. i figured that it would take 3 sets of solar panels from tsc. each set using 4 marine batteries would cost 2500 to 3000 bucks and it would produce enough power run my most basic energy needs. as far as Wind Mills i haven’t checked that idea out yet but i will soon enough. i hope that you find what you need. good luck.

You will also need ribbon & bus wire and a flux pen that usually comes as a lot on ebay.

When determining the total Wattage of a solar panel you should use this simple electrical equation.
