You find a blog that allows do follow just read the article and leave a comment.
It is important that you leave a relative and useful comment or it may get deleted buy the blog administrator, me in this case.
Next put your anchor text in the name box, for best results like this

Then add your url like this http://www.yourdomain.com
That’s all, now you wait and see if your comment is approved and you’ve got your back link.
Remember, to increase your chance of being approved or not being deleted after an auto approval be sure to post a useful and relevant comment

I’ve been thinking about installing these dofollow plugins out there (like KeywordLuv) but am a bit worried about its effects…. do you think it’ll hurt me in terms of SEO? I mean since you’re linking out a lot..

Quite the opposite using the plugins and linking out will help wiyh yor SEO
KeywordLuv will not do you any damage but improve your SEO for sure and if you post valuable content on sites within your area you will increase you visits by about 30 per day for an hours work.
The keyword and commentluv plugins are great. There is an all-in-one SEO and Headpace work wonders for your website as well. I am glad this plugin is installed here.

My grandfather built an old wind turbine, he was always tinkering with different things. That was when i was a kid, he used it to power the pump on his well for his animals on the farm. Instead of a windmill it had a pump that used electricity and the electricity came from the turbine. It was very far out in the country where there was no access to electricity.
