Prevent birds collide with windows?

I live in a heavily wooded area, and, therefore, have many, many birds frequent our property. Unfortunately, we have no glass, solar reflective windows in which the double Birds fly. I left dirty this year (my neighbors love me) And the branches of trees that are everywhere base near windows. Feeders Birds have always been away from windows, too. I replaced my cotton curtains with a lighter because I could not stand the darkness have closed. Now, you can still close, but the light comes through well. I have a fountain in my patio garden that some children of the region dumped soap. I found a plastic cup filled with liquid dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent. Best way to seal a rock and a concrete pond?

I have a pond which is composed of natural rock with what appears to be common cement used to seal between the stones. The manufacturer put a tube into the bottom of it to a water source and built around the tube with the stone. If I can not use a liner. The pond is a leak between joints in the concrete. I'm not decided to fish right now, but I would add a few plants. What would be the best material to cover the entire surface to keep water.
