Flex Fuel has been around for a few years now, and Chevrolet has been making their new cars and trucks compatible.

The problem is here in Florida there is only one station in the entire state that offers the fuel.

Our state or local governments need to offer incentives to get more gas stations involved.

It would be great if alternative fuels were to become available for the mass soon, but the oil companies have too much to loose. "Green" fuels are in some cases even forbidden by the government, which is nuts. I think the governement should take action against this and promote it more than listening to the oil companies.

But until this is the case, Hybrid Cars are a pretty good alternative, but it's not a long term solution.
